Order Policy
General Ordering

All orders require full payment at the time the order is placed.

Online orders require a minimum of three days’ notice

If you need a last-minute order, please call us at 310-320-2722 and we will try our best to help you!

For tier cakes, we require a minimum of two weeks’ notice. This is subject to our availability. We can book up, so please place your order in advance with a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure the date.

We do not take orders via email. Orders must be placed in person, over the phone or online.
Holiday Ordering

Due to production, we take very limited items for pre-order. We will do our best to keep the store fully stocked for in-store purchases.
Modifying/Canceling an Order

Changes and cancellations must done over the phone or in person. We do not accept changes via email.

For most orders, we will not accept changes or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pick up.

For tier cakes, we do not accept changes or cancellations within 2 weeks of pickup or delivery.

If you must cancel your order, a full refund will be given if the cancellation is received more than 48 hours in advance. If less than, a 50% refund will be given. For tier cakes, a full refund is issued if cancelled 2 weeks prior to the date.
