Helpful Tips

Appointments

  • We offer appointments Monday - Saturday. Appointment times vary upon the day.
  • Appointments last 30-45 minutes.
  • Our showroom has more of an intimate tone and we suggest no more than 3 people at your appointment.
  • Schedule an appointment 2-6 months prior to the wedding date.
  • We offer 6 of our most requested cake flavors and fillings to try. You may choose your own combinations - we just need 24 hours notice.
  • We have a wide variety of designs to choose from. You are more than welcome to bring in your own design and we can see if we can replicate it best to our decorators' abilities. We will also assist you with customizing any design to your liking.
  • If you have a particular color you are working with, we recommend you bring in a swatch that we can keep.

Payment

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of ordering. This deposit does not apply to cakes that are included in wedding cake packages from the wedding site.
  • All final balances are due 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
  • We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
